DeAnne Merey is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on all aspects of housing law, including landlord-tenant disputes and condominium and cooperative issues. Working closely with the Law Offices of Andrew J. Spinnell, LLC for the past decade, DeAnne has gained deep expertise related to commercial and residential landlord-tenant issues throughout New York City. DeAnne helps both landlords and tenants in all areas involving lease violations, landlord-tenant disputes, eviction proceedings, and rent and building code regulations. DeAnne also handles legal matters on behalf of condominium associations, cooperative boards, and individual unit owners and shareholders.
